Privacy Policy

Section 01
Overview

Next Job Partner LLC ("Next Job Partner," "NJP," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered lead capture and qualification service for roofing and HVAC contractors in Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our services, including NJP Command, NJP Command Pro, and our voice intelligence system ARIA.

NJP is incorporated in Wyoming and operates primarily in the State of Texas. Our services are directed to businesses and consumers located in Texas. Where applicable, this policy is designed to comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other applicable federal and state privacy laws.

By using our services, visiting our website at nextjobpartner.com, or calling our toll-free number, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Plain language summary: We collect information to operate our service — answering calls, qualifying leads, and sending SMS follow-ups on behalf of contractors. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We protect it as we would our own.

Section 02
Information We Collect
From Contractor Clients

When you sign up for NJP Command or NJP Command Pro, we collect:

  • Business information — company name, service area, types of jobs, pricing, and operational details provided during onboarding
  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and business address
  • Billing information — payment details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Communications — messages, emails, voice notes, or any content you share with us during setup or support
  • Usage data — how you interact with your dashboard, reports accessed, and system activity
From End Callers (Your Customers)

When a homeowner or customer calls your dedicated NJP toll-free number, we collect:

  • Caller information — name, phone number, and any information voluntarily provided during the call
  • Job details — type of service requested, location, urgency, and budget information
  • Call recordings and transcripts — all calls handled by ARIA are recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and delivery purposes
  • SMS interactions — content of SMS conversations initiated as part of lead follow-up
Automatically Collected
  • Website data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source
  • Device information — device type and operating system when accessing the dashboard
  • Cookies — session and analytics cookies to improve website functionality (see Cookie section below)
Section 03
Call Recording & AI Processing

All calls handled by ARIA — our AI voice intelligence system — are recorded and processed. This is a core function of the NJP service. By using our service as a contractor client, you authorize NJP to record calls made to your dedicated toll-free number on your behalf.

Important: Under applicable law in Texas and many other U.S. states, recording a phone call requires the consent of at least one party. As the operator of the line, NJP provides that consent. However, if your callers are located in states with two-party consent requirements, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate disclosures are made. We recommend enabling our call disclosure feature, which announces that the call may be recorded at the start of each interaction.

Call recordings and transcripts are used to:

  • Deliver qualified lead information to contractor clients
  • Train and improve ARIA's performance on your specific business
  • Resolve disputes and verify service delivery
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports

Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default. Transcripts and lead summaries are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 12 months.

Section 04
SMS Communications

NJP sends SMS messages as part of its lead follow-up service. These messages are sent to end callers (your customers) on behalf of contractor clients, and to contractor clients for lead alerts and operational notifications.

To End Callers

By calling a NJP-managed toll-free number and engaging with our service, callers provide implied consent to receive SMS follow-up related to their service inquiry. Every SMS includes an opt-out option. Messages such as "Reply STOP to opt out" are included in initial communications.

To Contractor Clients

By subscribing to any NJP plan, you consent to receive SMS notifications including lead alerts, system updates, and operational messages related to your account.

Compliance

All SMS communications are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements. NJP's toll-free numbers are registered and compliant with industry standards. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.

Section 05
How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery — operating ARIA, capturing and qualifying leads, sending SMS follow-ups, and booking appointments on behalf of contractor clients
  • Account management — managing subscriptions, processing payments, and providing customer support
  • System personalization — training ARIA on your specific business, service area, and customer base
  • Reporting — generating weekly and monthly performance reports for contractor clients
  • Service improvement — analyzing call patterns, SMS response rates, and system performance to improve our service
  • Legal compliance — complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
  • Communication — sending you important notices about your account, service updates, and operational changes

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or sale to data brokers.

Section 06
Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our service. These include providers of:

  • AI voice processing — infrastructure powering ARIA's voice intelligence capabilities
  • CRM and automation — pipeline management, SMS delivery, and dashboard infrastructure
  • Telephone carrier services — toll-free number provisioning and call routing
  • Payment processing — handled securely through Stripe (subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy)

Each provider is contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purpose of delivering their service to NJP.

Contractor Clients

Lead information collected from end callers — including name, phone number, job details, and call recordings — is shared with the contractor client whose toll-free number was called. This is the core purpose of the service.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users before any such transfer occurs.

  • Account and billing information — 7 years from last transaction (as required for tax purposes)
  • SMS conversation logs — 12 months from last message
  • Website analytics data — 26 months (industry standard)

Upon cancellation of your NJP subscription, we will retain your data for the periods above and then delete it from our active systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.

Section 08
Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) for all web and API communications
  • Access controls limiting data access to personnel who need it to operate the service
  • Secure, industry-standard payment processing through Stripe

Section 11
Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify active contractor clients by email and update the effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
