Next Job Partner LLC ("Next Job Partner," "NJP," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered lead capture and qualification service for roofing and HVAC contractors in Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our services, including NJP Command, NJP Command Pro, and our voice intelligence system ARIA.
NJP is incorporated in Wyoming and operates primarily in the State of Texas. Our services are directed to businesses and consumers located in Texas. Where applicable, this policy is designed to comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other applicable federal and state privacy laws.
By using our services, visiting our website at nextjobpartner.com, or calling our toll-free number, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Plain language summary: We collect information to operate our service — answering calls, qualifying leads, and sending SMS follow-ups on behalf of contractors. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We protect it as we would our own.
When you sign up for NJP Command or NJP Command Pro, we collect:
When a homeowner or customer calls your dedicated NJP toll-free number, we collect:
All calls handled by ARIA — our AI voice intelligence system — are recorded and processed. This is a core function of the NJP service. By using our service as a contractor client, you authorize NJP to record calls made to your dedicated toll-free number on your behalf.
Important: Under applicable law in Texas and many other U.S. states, recording a phone call requires the consent of at least one party. As the operator of the line, NJP provides that consent. However, if your callers are located in states with two-party consent requirements, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate disclosures are made. We recommend enabling our call disclosure feature, which announces that the call may be recorded at the start of each interaction.
Call recordings and transcripts are used to:
Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default. Transcripts and lead summaries are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 12 months.
NJP sends SMS messages as part of its lead follow-up service. These messages are sent to end callers (your customers) on behalf of contractor clients, and to contractor clients for lead alerts and operational notifications.
By calling a NJP-managed toll-free number and engaging with our service, callers provide implied consent to receive SMS follow-up related to their service inquiry. Every SMS includes an opt-out option. Messages such as "Reply STOP to opt out" are included in initial communications.
By subscribing to any NJP plan, you consent to receive SMS notifications including lead alerts, system updates, and operational messages related to your account.
All SMS communications are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements. NJP's toll-free numbers are registered and compliant with industry standards. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users before any such transfer occurs.
