1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Next Job Partner LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services, including our website at nextjobpartner.com and trial.nextjobpartner.com.

2. Description of Services

Next Job Partner provides lead capture, call coordination, and appointment booking services for home service contractors in Texas. Our services include:

• Automated inbound call capture and lead response (available 24/7)
• Live coordinator follow-up and lead qualification (during business hours, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm CST)
• Appointment scheduling and calendar booking
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) customer coordination
• Lead logging, tracking, and real-time notifications

3. Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial to new clients. The trial period begins on the date your account is activated by our team. No credit card is required to start your trial.

At the end of the trial period, continued use of services requires a paid subscription. We will notify you before your trial expires. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.

4. Payment Terms

After the free trial period, services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling (346) 565-2131. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to services will continue until the end of the paid period.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during signup and onboarding
• Set up call forwarding as directed by our team to enable service delivery
• Respond to qualified leads provided by our coordinators in a timely manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access

7. Limitation of Liability

Next Job Partner LLC is not responsible for lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or damages resulting from missed calls, technical failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scripts, and materials created or provided by Next Job Partner LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine that continued service is not in the best interest of either party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
